I’m Kaylea, a Level 3 massage therapist based in Derbyshire. I started this practice because life doesn’t slow down — especially for mums and busy people who spend every day carrying more than their share. Too often, there’s no time or space that really belongs to you. My goal is simple: to create that space. Time just for you, where you can escape the chaos, reset, and leave feeling lighter, clearer and more yourself again. Right now, I offer massage treatments designed to ease stress and restore balance. In the future, I’ll be adding other therapies so you’ll always have more ways to find the reset you need. This isn’t about indulgence — it’s about giving yourself permission to stop, recharge, and feel ready to take life back on.
